The Akshay Kumar starrer Bell Bottom released a while back, and since then has been doing rather well at the box office especially given the Covid-19 restrictions. Now on its third weekend running, the film which was the first to hit screens after the second lockdown, has managed to collect a further Rs. 1.69 cr.In fact, over its third weekend Bell Bottom saw Rs. 0.35 cr, Rs. 0.51 cr and Rs. 0.83 cr coming in on Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. Though the business of the film has slowed down considerably since its release, expectations are that Bell Bottom that faces little to no competition in theatres will continue to run. Currently, the total box office collections of Bell Bottom at the end of its third weekend are pegged at Rs. 27.32 cr.Currently, commencing its fourth week in theatres, trade estimates state that the business of Bell Bottom will make it past the Rs. 30 cr mark before its fourth weekend. If that wasn’t all, the makers of film have already locked an OTT platform that will premiere the movie in the coming few weeks.
