Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom saw a 35% jump in collections on Sunday as the film raked in collections in the range of Rs. 4.20 to Rs 4.40 cr. The four day extended weekend of the film now stands at Rs. 12.65 cr. and all eyes are now on the crucial Monday test. The film benefitted by the Raksha Bandhan festivity all across as Sunday saw families coming out for the first time since the film’s release on August 19. The four day biz is below the mark but yet, the Sunday jump has given some hope about the return of audience to the big screen. These are early estimates and final biz could be slightly high or low.In terms of footfalls, this was the biggest day for a Hindi film since the cinema halls reopened in October last year. If the film manages to put up a Monday total that’s 80% of the opening day, it would be a sign of sustainance in the long run. Anything upside of Rs. 45 crore will he considered a respectable total for the film, however, it is the biz on Monday that will give a clear picture. There is a positive talk about the film in media, and the hold tomorrow will give an idea about audience word of mouth. Delhi permits night shows from tomorrow and that should help the film put up a decent Day 5 figure. More Pages: Bellbottom Box Office Collection , Bellbottom Movie Review
