Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Tuesday said the draft of the new local bodies system would be finalised soon and local bodies elections will be held next year.

“You are part of my team and I am proud of you,” he said. “The PTI in Lahore not only challenged a party occupying power for 30 long years but also proved its political wisdom by winning different seats,” the CM remarked.
“I have conducted more than 180 field visits while ensuring record legislation. I have worked with diligence and there is no corruption scandal of the Punjab government,” he said.
